Data Deletion Instructions

If you have interacted with Filmart Asian Shop through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, our website, or a Filmart-operated Meta app, you can request deletion of personal information that Filmart controls, subject to legal and operational record-keeping requirements.
How To Request Deletion
Send a deletion request to Filmart Asian Shop using one of these methods:
- Message our Facebook Page at facebook.com/filmartkal.
- Call the shop on (08) 9021 6180.
- Visit us at 25 Wilson St, Kalgoorlie WA 6430.
What To Include
Please include enough detail for us to identify the information, such as your name, contact details, Facebook or Instagram profile name used to contact us, and a short description of the information you want deleted.
What Happens Next
We will review your request, verify it where necessary, and delete or de-identify information we control where we are able to do so. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, accounting, dispute-resolution, or operational reasons.
Meta Platform Data
If you want to remove data held by Facebook, Instagram, or Messenger themselves, please use the privacy and account tools provided by Meta. Filmart can only delete information that Filmart controls.
